1. Look at the "shading angle"

In the environment with high lighting quality requirements, the lamps shall have a shading angle of 30 ° - 45 °.

2. Optional lamp mode

Spotlights can be divided into concealed spotlights, surface mounted spotlights and track spotlights, which correspond to three installation modes: concealed, surface mounted and combined track.

(1) Concealed spotlight

Concealed spotlight is to embed the spotlight evenly in the ceiling, which can keep the ceiling fresh and exquisite. At the same time, there is no lack of lighting function, so that there is no dead corner of light source in the space. If you want to install concealed spotlights, you'd better buy them at or before the ceiling stage, because they should be embedded in the ceiling. Buy it early. In addition, the concealed spotlight ceiling only needs to be 5-7cm thick, which is much thinner than the traditional 13cm thick ceiling, so the lamp height should be within 7cm.

(2) Surface mounted spotlight

Surface mounted spotlight is a kind of ceiling to ceiling lighting with downward light. There are certain requirements for appearance presentation. We should not only select the light, but also consider the appearance value of the lamp itself, so as to "turn on the light and turn off the light in style".

(3) Track spotlight

The track spotlight shall be installed on the special guide rail, and the position and light projection direction of the lamp on the track can be adjusted according to the actual demand. The installation of track spotlight can be directly installed on the ceiling without ceiling. It can also realize hanging wire installation, which is more decorative.

3. Selected power

The power of spotlight is selected based on the factors such as room area, height and lighting demand. The power of spotlight is 3-10W for conventional families. If it is a larger space, lamps with higher power can be selected.

4. Choose brand

There are too many brands of lamps, so we must buy samples of projection lamps first and make a decision after personal experience. Although the quality requirements of spotlights are not high, they still try to choose brands to buy.
